Orders may be split up depending on stock.
We ship mainly USPS so you must provide your PO box and physical address.
We will not change your address once payment is made.
If using Paypal we will only ship to the address provided through them no exceptions.
To track a shipment simply log into your account.
Tracking information is also sent to the provided email at time of Shipment.
We can not provide an arrival date of your goods only a ship date. We have no control over the package once it leaves our facility.
Due to the amount of scams, every package is shipped with tracking. We (911ES) concider the package as received once it has been marked by the shipping provider (USPS, FedEx, UPS) as delivered. We will not reship or refund orders that show delivered.
